POWELL, Ohio, April 29 /PRNewswire/ — Click4Care, Inc., provider of the innovative ThinkHealth software suite that is improving medical management for payers, employers, providers, and patients, today announced that 2007 was a banner year in terms of revenue, profitability and company growth.
Product enhancements, increased sales, and an influx of investment funds contributed to a 245% increase in revenue over 2006 and the addition of key employees. “Click4Care’s success is built on our vision of transforming medical management,” said company President and CEO David Blauer. “Our inventive software delivers a holistic approach to care management, integrating the range of disparate medical management processes under one platform. Highlights

— A key factor in the company’s growth has been the signing of nine new
ThinkHealth contracts with a number of organizations, including CVS
Caremark, Pfizer, and SummaCare, among others. Additionally, Click4Care
has won seven new customers in the first quarter of 2008 alone bringing
Click4Care’s total customer count to 19. Recent wins include regional
health plans, large national health plans, and prestigious health
systems.
— ThinkHealth customer Tufts Associated health Plans upgraded to version
3.1 in 2007.
— Further fueling Click4Care expansion was a $10 million equity
investment in the company by Psilos Group, one of the nation’s most
successful healthcare venture firms. In conjunction with the
investment, Psilos’ senior managing member, Dr. Albert Waxman, and
managing member, Steve Krupa, joined Click4Care’s board of directors.
